Hi, I’m Daryn Rody

I am a native Oklahoman and a local resident of Edmond. Edmond has always been "home" to me as I spent the majority of my youth here in a family of realtors and homebuilders. Both my mother and father have been licensed realtors since the early 1990s. My mother has also built homes in Edmond's Rose Creek addition to learning from her father, Louis Morgan of Morgan Homes, who for decades was recognized as a premier home builder in Edmond and surrounding areas. Being surrounded for my entire life by so much expertise in the housing industry has prepared me to pursue leaving my own legacy in the real estate community. In 2009 I received my bachelor's degree in Communication with a minor in Business at the University of Oklahoma. During this time, I also served as the VP of Communications and VP of Membership Development of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity. After spending a year at the Kanakuk Institute for their Ministry Training Program, I went on to earn my master's degree through John Brown University in Leadership & Ethics. I am an entrepreneur at heart. I have also been an independent auto broker & small business owner since 2011. I enjoy finding the perfect buy in any area and helping others do the same. This, paired with my upbringing in the housing industry, led me to the decision to obtain my real estate license in the spring of 2014.

Not surprisingly, it was also through real estate that I met my wife, Melody, who has over 10 years of experience working with realtors – providing training, marketing, and clearing title requirements. Given that experience, she currently is able to manage "behind the scenes" details for us to keep everything running smoothly – whether that be through handling paperwork or staging listings. We have three daughters and a male golden retriever named Chance.

I pride myself on honesty - providing clients with an experience that is no hassle with no hidden agenda. I want to be easy to reach and am prompt to respond.
